We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. CAPEVA only provides store credit. NO REFUNDS

  • Store Credits are valid for 90 days from the day it was created.  
  • We only accept two (2) consecutive returns per customer and no more than 5 returns accepted per calendar year. Otherwise, no request for returns will be accepted. 


    If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Capeva is not responsible for any shipping fees, delay, or lost shipments. If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, items purchased with coupons, bodysuits, accessories, sequin items, bralletts, rhinestone clothing, pre orders clothing, white or ivory clothing

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
